kelvingrove transformation
When my client decided that his IT business had outgrown the premises it had occupied for 15 years he decided it was time to realise a longtime dream and convert the office into his own home.
Being a Grade A listed tenement overlooking Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Park the first task was to remove all the alterations that had been made over the years then strip back the layers of woodchip paper and carpet. This careful process revealed the original decorative scheme and so I decided to ask my good friend Paul Tyagi to record what we found for posterity. As they make a great set of photographs I wanted to share them here.
Soon, once the social distancing of the Coronavirus pandemic is over, we will be photographing the completed refurbishment.
